About the author










Dr. Asokan is a Physician and Surgeon from a small town in India, Past 50 years of his life was spent in health care, working in Big and Small city Public and Private Hospitals, as well as V.A hospitals. He has seen and dealt with patients from Cholera Epidemics to War and Urban Violence, to Cancer, to Burns and to Cosmetic Surgery. His life observations, readings, interactions with his colleagues, patients young and old, military veterans crippled and damaged gives him an unique perspective. This book is a summary of his thoughts, solutions and a pathway to solve social issues. Author by writing this book, is not expecting to change the world " as expectations are premeditated disappointments " but it is cathartic to his soul and he hopes, yours as well.
