He offers an online version of his Zen meditation workshop entitled, Taming Your Inner Noise, where you can learn how to meditate and experience why meditation is so important. He is the author of three other books on Zen awareness practice: Practicing Presence, Meditation and Reinventing Yourself, and The Zen Life: Spiritual Training for Modern Times.
