Como V. E. Sabe perfectamente, las obras de (pintura y escultura que en el edificio del Se na 0 existen, unas, la mayor parte, son ropie dad de éste, y otras pertenecen al Esta o y se hallan aquí en calidad de depósito. No son mu chas en número ni todas originales y de rele vante mérito; ero como algunas reunen ambas cºndiciones y as demás no dejan de tener cierto valor, aunque sea de otro orden, la idea, ya que no el modo de catalogarlas, merece aplauso.
