Jurgen De Wispelaere is a Policy Fellow with the Institute for Policy Research at the University of Bath and a Political Economy Research Fellow with the Independent Social Research Foundation. Evelyn L Forget is Professor of Economics in the Rady Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Manitoba.
