The Challenges of Administration and Management at Pre-university Education in Kosovo is a wide-ranging study that offers unique and concise results, thus reflecting the prevalent situation in the management context at pre-university education in Kosovo. Lavdim Terziu est professeur au collège AAB au Kosovo. Il a terminé ses études de doctorat à l'Université d'Europe du Sud-Est en gouvernance et administration publiques en Macédoine. Lavdim est l'auteur de plusieurs articles scientifiques et a participé à de nombreuses conférences nationales et internationales.
