Present research examines HIV counseling practices in Targeted Interventions (TIs) in Gujarat, India. The TIs are funded by the Department of AIDS Control, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,Government of India. These interventions are specifically designed to prevent HIV among most-at-risk populations, namely, men who have sex with men (MSM), female sex worker (FSW) and injecting drug users (IDU).
