This book deepens the understanding of cultural conditions for implementing organizational and process changes in higher education institutions. About the author

Justyna Maciąg, PhD, is a lecturer, researcher and practitioner in Lean management, Six Sigma, quality and process management, and a member of the Steering Committee of the LeanHE Hub, working with the higher education, public and private sectors to improve their performance.
