Over the last decades there were many IT related areas which witness expansion and dramatic development in their technology in every day's life. One of these IT related areas can be noticed at Vehicle Ad Hoc Network or (VANET)s. VANET is one of the developing technologies that will change the network and communication industry. The goal of vehicular networks is to provide an efficient, safe, and convenient environment for vehicles on the road.
