About the author

Boris Pfeiffer was born in Berlin in 1964. After leaving high school, he worked in a bookshop and as a taxi driver, studied linguistics and landscape design at the Technische Universität Berlin and screenplay at the Berlin Film Academy. He has worked as assistant director and director at theatres in Germany and Switzerland. In 1994 his first play for children was premiered at the GRIPS Theater in Berlin. His first children's book was published in 2003. Since then, he has written over 150 plays, radio plays and books.
