Jeoffrey M.Mutiso is currently a University lecturer.He holder a Bachelor of Arts Degree, a Postgraduate Diploma, and a Master of science Degree in Development Studies. He is currently a PhD student at Moi university, Kenya.His key interest are in Development studies and community research.
