La historia del feminismo, desde la prehistoria hasta #MeToo.Aunque quede mucho por hacer para que una mujer pueda moverse por el mundo con los mismos derechos que un hombre, se ha recorrido ya un largo camino: a diferencia de los hombres, sus derechos no son inherentes a su condición de mujer, sino que han sido adquiridos gracias a una constante lucha. Cada pellizco de dignidad femenina ha sido conquistado por figuras determinantes, cuyos rostros no siempre han sido reconocidos. Este libro cuenta una historia tan larga como la de la humanidad y da voz a los miles de movimientos necesarios para llegar al estado actual.

This is the story of feminism from prehistoric times until the #MeToo movement.
Although much remains to be done for women to be able to move around the world with the same rights as men, a big step has already been taken: unlike men, their rights are not ingrained in their status as women, but they have been acquired thanks to a constant struggle. Every inch of female dignity has been conquered by key defining figures, whose names or faces have not always been acknowledged.
This book tells a story as long as that of humanity, and gives a voice to the thousands of movements that have worked tirelessly to reach the current state.

About the author

María Bastarós Hernández es licenciada en Historia del Arte por la Universidad de Zaragoza, y tiene un máster en Gestión Cultural por la Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Es la promotora de Quién Coño Es, una plataforma feminista que da voz a las mujeres artistas. Actualmente desarrolla su labor como investigadora en el Museo Thyssen de Madrid.

Cristina Daura (Barcelona, 1988) es ilustradora y dibujante de cómics formada en la Escola Massana de Barcelona. Estudió también en el Maryland Institute College of Art de Baltimore gracias a una beca. En Expocómic 2015 fue elegida mejor autora revelación por su historieta Porno del bueno, perteneciente a la obra colectiva Todas Putas (Dibbuks, 2014), y ganó el concurso del póster de Gutter Fest, el festival de Autoedición y Microedición de Barcelona 2017. Ha colaborado en diferentes fanzines como Rojo Putón, Kovra, Colibrí y Clift. Su trabajo también aparece en la revista italiana Nurant y en la británica Nobrow.

Nacho M. Segarra (@palomitasojos) es historiador y crítico de cine, y miembro del Instituto de Investigaciones Feministas de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, donde actualmente realiza su tesis sobre comedia romántica y neoliberalismo. Es autor del blog Palomitas en los ojos y colabora con medios como La Vanguardia, El Diario, El Levante EmV y revistas culturales como El Estado Mental, Bostezo o Sisterhood.
