Segr. Questi dunque non deducono la conclusione dalle premesse nè la sta biliseono per le ragioni ma accomodano, o per dir meglio scomodano, e travolgon le premesse e le ragioni alle loro già stabilite e inchiodate conclusioni. Non è ben adunque cimentarsi con simili; e tanto meno quanto la pratica loro è non solamente ingioconda, ma pericolosa an cora. Per tanto seguiteremo col nostro Signor Simplicio, conosciuto da me di lun ga mano per uomo di somma ingenuità e spogliato in tutto. E r tutto i mali gnità oltre che è asse: pratico nella Pe ripatetiea dottrina; si che io posso anicurarmi che quello che non sovverrà. Ad esso per sostentamento dell' Opinione d'arist. Non potrà facilmente sovvenire ad altri. Ma eccolo ap unto tutto anelan te il quale questo gnomo si è fatto de siderara un gran pezzo: stavamo appunto dicendo mal di voi.
