The next section discusses the potential barriers to development of a hydrogen system and the need for continuous government support, and describes long-term projections of hydrogen use with Monte Carlo method.

About the author










Dr. Levent Yilmaz was born on April 27, 1950. He completed his Ph.D at the Technical University of Istanbul, Civil Engineering Faculty, in the field of Hydraulic and Water Resources(1987). He is married and has one child.
