Discover the remarkable effects of yoga, an ancient Indian practice on trauma.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of a Yoga therapy on PTSD symptoms. Yoga is an ancient tradition that incorporates postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and moral and ethical principles like Yama and Niyama. Despite its popularity in promoting health and fitness not much was known about the influence of Yoga on orphan children. Studies have found yoga , decreasing anger, depression, and fatigue ,improving stress resilience , and physiological and cognitive patterns of response to stress in children
