Author meant for the readers to accompany him navigating the waves of the past,so that they could optimally help themselves in solving life dilemmas and the riddles of life. A solid philosophical and scientific basis is necessary to understand the book, and as Bloch would put it, while referring to the complexity of Hegel's ideas - "The one aiming to go to the sea must know the nautical knots."
