Iddio vide la luce e s'en compiacque E l'ombre dalli suoi raggi divise: Già disgombra la splendida luce Della notte le tenebre orrende Tutto il Mondo gioisce del giorno Mai più confusion più non v'è L'empio stuolo de'. Demoni oppresso Giù ne' Regni dell' ombre piombo! Coro Precapitar l'orgoglio Degli empi il ciel mirò Del Nume eterno il Soglio Più. Lieto allor restò. Baff.
