Nanofluids are the metal and metal oxide particles of nano sized mixed with the base fluid. A heat transfer enhancement is possible when this nanoparticles are added in conventional coolant that is used in automotive radiator will result in increased heat transfer enhancement and this will result in reduced fuel consumption. Hybrid Nanofluid is the mixture of two different Nanofluids are mixed with base fluid and used in automotive radiator. Now a days Nanofluid and hybrid Nanofluid are widely used in many industrial applications.

Prof. Shidagonda Jabade is working as Assistant Prof. in Mechanical Engineering Department at Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering Mahagaon. He has Completed his M. E. in Heat Power Engineering and is presently Research Scholar at KL (Deemed to be University) Vijayawada (AP). His research areas include Solar energy and Alternative Fuels.
