Food Security Assessment of Udayapur, Nepal

This research paper is attempting to assess composite food security situation of rural Nepal with appointing available livelihoods options and other nonfood items of people as new food security tools. Whole source of household budget, means of earning and accessibility to market determine the situation of food security of each household entirely. The composite food security study has attempted to assess options, capability of people, entitlement over resource and market chain that concerning livelihoods of rural people.
