Me parecca mi que no hay tiempo mejor empleado que el que un Tribunal ocupa en el estudio atento de tales re laciones; pues, no sólo contribuirán, dictando oportunas medidas, a que se acelere la terminación de los juicios, sinó también a cortar corruptelas y á que se establezcan las buenas prácticas.
