Somit tritt in dieser erzählung das haus, dessen stammvater Burys theus-eurysthenes ist, als hersehendes geschlecht in Sparta zu der zeit auf, wo die Dorer erst in den Peloponnes und speciell in Lakonien ein wandern; sie und die ihrigen sind die damals bereits in Sparta ange sessenen, welche die dorischen eindringlinge abzuwehren suchen.
