Cuarta. En caso de inconformidad, en cuanto al resultado de la obras, nombrar un perito que unido al que debía nombrar el Sr. Orozco, y al tercero que estos debían designar, formaran su dictamen pericial, el cual debía decidir la cuestión definitiva mente y sin ulterior recurso.
