Professeur Alicja Söowczuk, Pologne. Depuis 1979, elle travaille en tant que chercheuse universitaire et enseignante à l'Université de technologie de Poméranie occidentale. Son travail scientifique englobe quatre domaines de recherche : la conception des routes et des systèmes de circulation, l'exploitation et l'entretien des routes, la modération du trafic et la conception durable des passages à faune.
