This book looks to point out some obvious problems in the traditional education dynamic between teachers and students. We do not claim this to be the definitive work on evolving teacher and student relationships as many articles have been and are being written to help evolve this very important concept along. However, the research subjects not only confirmed our own experiences, but motivated us to write and share our thoughts and suggestions for us as teachers as well as students. It is our goal to do all we can to evolve the teacher/student dynamic so that student and teacher equity can be achieved to the highest level possible. This book provides a possible pathway for both students and teachers to achieve a higher level of personal and professional success. We believe it is imperative that the education provided to future generations may hinge on our ability to connect with our students.
