The ultrasonography technique and its application, specifically in oral and maxillofacial surgery, is spreading with each dawn. Due to cost effectiveness and non-ionizing nature of this technique, it is becoming more and more popular among the dental fraternity. All kinds of uses of ultrasonography are discussed in this book, which depict the flexibility and variability of ultrasonography. The low cost of this technique and the machine used in the same, is one of the major factor for its increasing use for various purposes.
