About the author

Revocatus C. Kuluchumila ist derzeit geschäftsführender Sekretär der Tanzania Educational Leadership and Research Organisation (TELRO). Er arbeitete sieben Jahre lang als Assistenzdozent für pädagogische Führung und Management am Archbishop Mihayo University College of Tabora (AMUCTA) in der Abteilung für Bildungsgrundlagen.
