About the author
Dr Petra Butler is Professor at Victoria University of Wellington and Director of the Institute of Small and Micro States. She has published widely on international commercial law in particular on international commercial contracts, including Schlechtriem and Butler, UN Law on International Sales (2nd edition, Springer, forthcoming). Petra is New Zealand's CLOUT correspondent for the United Nations Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts.
