The first part of this work introduces the readers to a group of barbaric Islamic Sect Militant, known as Boko Haram. They have a leader, who introduces them into committing massive atrocities. The problem caused by this Boko Haram Insurgents, could be felt in many countries across Africa. As a result of the looting and killing, people are forced to flee their countries and villages for fear of being lynched, kidnapped or bought over. Considering the fact that, this barbaric Islamic Sect now operates in almost all African Continent and world at large; measures have been put in place by local governments, as well as international norms to combat this group of insurgents.
