Das Glossar ist in erster Linie für die Texte einge richtet, umfasst aber auch alle in der Grammatik angeführten oder besprochenen Wörter: für den Anfänger bildet es eine Grundlage zur Erlernung von Vocabeln. Ein Glossar uber haupt beizugeben war schon deshalb geboten, weil das einzige im Buchhandel leicht erhältliche Wörterbuch von Kind (leipzig, Tauchnitz) schon längst veraltet ist und nicht mehr genügt, und weil auch das neugriechisch-französische Worterbuch von Legrand (paris, Garnier) für meine Texte nicht ausreicht.
