The numerous centenaries and Similar anniversaries coming on within the next few years necessarily are engendering an increasing interest in the early history of this province. If examples are necessary, reference need only be made to the centenary of the incorporation of Toronto, which is being celebrated in 1934 and the one hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the coming of the United Empire Loyalists, also in 1934.
