Stephen J. Bigelow (Jefferson, MA) is the founder and president of Dynamic Learning System, a technical research and writing firm specialising in PC and peripheral service. An experienced electronics engineer, he is the author of several popular computer books and is also the series editor for "Bigelow's Pocket Reference Series" with more than 150,000 copies in print.
