Todo este camino en tiempo de invierno cuando el cielo está cu bierto, es bastante agradable; pero en tiempo de verano se hace in soportable por el sol. Chaclacayo es un miserable pueblo cuyas casas no merecen este nombre, siendo pequeñas chozas fabricadas de caña y la mayor parte sin enlucir. A pesar de hallarse situado so lamente á 30 kms. De la capital, carece de todo recurso y con diñ cultad se encuentra un pedazo de carne.
