About the author










Scott R. Bullock is the Vice President of Engineering for L-3 Communications, Satellite Networks. His responsibilities include design of satellite communications systems for military and commercial applications as well as broadband communications. Mr. Bullock has written several articles dealing with spread spectrum modulation types, multipath, AGCs, PLLs and adaptive filters. He is the author of Transceiver and System Design for Digital Communications.
