Annual Budget The grant budget shall be broken out by cost categories on the budget forms provided by the Department. The Department may require that a complete annual budget be submitted which provides budget detail on all programs and sources of funding if: there have been problems with past audits of the grant applicant, the Department has no experience in dealing with the grant applicant, the grant applicant lacks a cost allocation plan, or other related incidents have occurred making it necessary to obtain the additional information about the grant applicant.
