Sotto un titolo, che, nella sua imprecisione, forse, sembra promettere agli uni troppo, agli altri troppo poco, ma che lascia per non saperne trovare di più adatto, ho cercato raccogliere, in questo volume, delle prove sicure sugli intimi e numerosi rapporti tra il pensiero e (cazioni me teoriche e planetarie, caoandone amminicoli per la storia umana e per quelle scienze nuove, ma pure già grandi, della fisica sociale, e della Psichiatria Sperimentale, a cui ho dedicato tutte le mie povere forze.
