The whole interell and property of this promill'ory note was in the adminillratrix which note, in its nature, is made allign able b a& of parliament; and therefore I fay again, that it is incumbent upon the print? In error to make it out that it is not alliguable in the ds of the adminillratrix; but why it {bould not be aiiignable in the hands of her who bath the whole property in it, I cannot tell and if inquiry was to be made into the ufa e among merchants, I believe there would be found many in ces o thefe notes being alligned by adminillrators.
