On the evening of December 16th, speeches are expected showing the necessity of one Department or Bureau controlling the Fine Arts of the Government.
On the evening of December 17th, the Annual Banquet Will be given when those familiar with the above subject are expected to treat of it in a less formal way.
The President of the Institute has appointed the following as a Committee of Arrangements: William A. Boring, S. B. P. Trowbridge, Glenn Brown, William S. Eames, J. R. Marshall.
