Aunque el gobierno eclesiástico se dexa á los Prelados, no puede perderlo de vista el Virrey ni descuidar del todo esta gran parte de que se compone el gobierno universal y superior de estos Reynos, cuya armonia se forma de tantas y tan diferentes cuerdas, que se han de templar á un oydo, y assi es menester cuidar de todo,_y lo que disonare 'corregirlo por medio de sus Prelados y con la mano de ellos.
