It is desirable, then, to bear m mind, and to profit by, the arrangement which exists in the Hebrew. At the same time, it is Obvious that, when the books of the New Testament were added to the canon, the natural position of the prophetical books would be at the end of the Old Testament volume; as if looking towards the histories of that great work, which (in outline) they had foretold'.
