E laddove vano sarebbe stato, o per lo meno non necessano, il tramandare alla storia dell'arte tutte le sin gole Operazioni di tal sorta, utile nonpertanto diviene il farlo, quando ciascuno dei casi narrati contenga qualche particolarità; perchè è sempre a spararsi che la esposi 'zione di Ogni nuovo fatto, abbia ad apportare luce più chiara su questo ramo interessante della Chirurgia. E con tanto maggior studio mi sono dato anche 10 ad esporre una di tali operazioni da me eseguita, in quanto che era essa acconipagnata da circostanze, che la rendevano più dell' ordinario malagevole.
