The monograph is devoted to the comprehensive study of the activities of the National Police of Ukraine regarding the provision of financial safety and the development of practical recommendations aimed at increasing the efficiency of the activities carried out. In the paper for the first time in the framework of the study using a large number of new normative sources and scientific literature a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal foundations of the National Police of Ukraine is made, legal relations regulating the activities of the National Police of Ukraine are characterized, the main issues are identified, a number of conceptual findings are marked, and also the most significant directions of improvement of the legal regulation of the National Police of Ukraine to provide financial safety are outlined.
