Questa magnifica rivista è stata pubblicata per molti anni a spese dell'illustre e benemerito suo fondatore il cav. Enrico Ragusa che ne è stato pure il direttore. Egli, non intendendo ulteriormente continuarla, ne fece cessione al sig. Alberto Reber che ne pubblicò uno o due vo lumi. Però anche il detto editore decise di sospendere la pubblicazione e non plu continuarla.
