About the author
Christopher David is a partner at Clifford Chance. Christopher’s practice focuses on representing both individuals and companies in international white collar crime matters mainly involving allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, insider dealing or money laundering. He has considerable experience in cross-border investigations, corporate and internal investigations, export controls and economic sanctions advice.Nicholas Hearn is a barrister practising in the fields of international criminal law and extradition. He is noted as a leader in his fields of practice by Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500. In February 2024, Nicholas was appointed as Junior Treasury Counsel at the
Central Criminal Court. In relation to INTERPOL challenges he is instructed by leading firms of solicitors and directly by clients through the Bar Council’s ‘direct access’ scheme.
