The superior school must meet all the requirements for a standard school exceptionally well, with the following additional requirements: A schoolhouse of wholly approved architectural type, modern in all its appointments.
Single desks of four or five sizes; or adjustable desks of three sizes.
A library of at least 100 volumes of unquestionable quality, with at least 10 selected for each grade.
