Excerpt from The Shadow of the Pyramid, a Series of Sonnets
Some of the following Spnnets having been written unconnectedly during a recent visit to Egypt, it occurred to me that the interest of the subject might justify me in forming them into a series, and presenting them to the public in their present form.
