A te, vezmsissima Dea, che con sì dolci redini oggi tem peri e governi la nostra brillante gioventù, a te sola questo piccolo Libretto si dedica, e si consacra Chi è che te qual sommo Nume oggimai non rive risca ed onori, poichè in si breve tem po se' giunta a debellar la ghiacciata.
