Oggi giorno però, mentre trovo pre maturo il volere affermare che la pneumectomia debba senza dubbio entrare nel novero delle Operazioniior dinaric, dichiaro altrettanto azzardato il voler dire che simile operazione non potrà giammai trovare la sua razionale e giusta applicazione.
