About the author










Rita Mabel Schiavo graduated from the University of Milan with a degree in biological sciences. She is one of the founding members and directors of ADM--Associazione Didattica Museale (Teaching in Museums Association)--and ADMaiora, which both focus on education and learning in museums, natural parks, sanctuaries, and exhibits.

Giulia De Amicis has a master's degree in Design and has worked as a designer and illustrator for small studios, newspapers, and ENGOs (environmental non-governmental organizations). She currently works and lives in Brighton, UK. For White Star, she illustrated Space Explorers.
