Die Landschaftskunde ist ein neuer Zweig der Erdkunde, der sich mit Gewalt endlich Platz schafft, den Platz erobert, den er längst hätte einnehmen müssen denn die Kenntnis des Raums und seines Inhalts ist ja notwendig, wenn man das Leben der Tierwelt und der Menschheit, ihr Dasein, ihre Ent wicklung verstehen will.
