About the author










Carl Miller is a former United States Olympic and World Coach and the author of more than fifty articles on Olympic-style weightlifting and athletic training. He has a master's degree in health, physical education and recreation specializing in exercise physiology, biomechanics and nutrition. He was the founder and co-owner, along with his wife, Sandra Thomas, of Carl and Sandra's Physical Conditioning Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico for more than twenty years and has dedicated himself to analyzing and tweaking the techniques of Olympic lifting. He is the author of "The Sport of Olympic Style Weightlifting" and "The Miller Fitness Plan," both from Sunstone Press.
