Zur Illustration der groben anatomischen Verhältnisse dient Fig. 2, Taf. I, die nach den fertigen Schnitten mit dem Projektionsapparate gezeichnet ist. Der sagittale Durchmesser des Auges beträgt jetzt 22 mm (leider hatte ich es versäumt, die Dimensionen des £rischtoten Auges zu messen), der äquatoriale Durchmesser mm (dieses Mass ist genau, da das Auge, vom Conusgipfel abgesehen, sehr gut konserviert ist); der Durchmesser der vorderen Kaminer ist mm, der der Pupille mm.
